How do I pay my dues?Please click on the “Owner Login” at the top of this page. This will direct you to the owner portal for your community. Once you have successfully logged in, you can make a payment. Please follow the on-screen prompts to set up recurring payments or to make a one time payment.

Where can I view my account balance?You can view your account information 24/7 through the owner portal. Go to portal.cpscolumbus.com then enter your username and password. There is a button to click if you need the username or password.
